We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead and mentor our development team. You will be responsible for driving the technical implementation of complex projects, including system design, backend development, frontend enhancements, database management, and ensuring overall system security. This position also involves guiding a junior team with basic frontend skills, fostering their growth, and enabling them to contribute effectively to the company’s projects.

Develop a web-based platform for stock tracking, including stock entries, conversions, sales, and accounting features.

White Label Application Development

Develop an Android-based application for digital product resellers, with a plan for future iOS expansion.

responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and secure web and android based applications.

• Analyze project requirements and provide detailed technical plans, including language, frameworks, tools, and architecture recommendations.

• Oversee backend development, including database structure, APIs, and integrations.

• Implement robust security measures to safeguard company and client data.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical implementations with business goals.

• Train and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities.

• Hands-on experience building and scaling web-based platforms and mobile applications.

• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Concepts.

• Up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to developing their skills and knowledge in their chosen field.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and data visualization.
